Location: LS9, Leeds
Salary: 26,000 - 28,000 (pro rata for temp)
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday (8:00/8:30am - 4:40/5:00pm)

I'm currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a well-established business based in LS9, Leeds. The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be a key part of a busy and friendly team, handling both customer interactions and administrative tasks. If you enjoy variety in your day and thrive on building relationships, this could be the perfect fit.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries via phone and email with professionalism and warmth
- Providing accurate information on products, orders, and services
- Processing and tracking customer orders efficiently
- Maintaining records and updating databases with precision
- Supporting wider admin tasks as needed
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
About You:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or administration
- Confident communicator, both over the phone and via email
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Personable, approachable, and able to build rapport easily
- Reliable and committed - looking for a long-term opportunity
- Available to start at short notice
