The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our client's busy Customer Response Team. This is a 12-week temporary assignment with a guaranteed permanent position at the end for the right candidate.
  • Handling a variety of inbound customer queries
  • Answering calls, advising customers, and escalating queries when needed
  • Logging details accurately into a bespoke database
  • Supporting with occasional administrative tasks and product-related duties
Hours
  • Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am - 7pm
  • Saturday 9am - 5pm & Sunday 10am - 4pm (rota basis - only one day per weekend when working)
About You
We are looking for candidates who have:
  • Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or office-based)
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills
  • A great telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
  • A positive, hardworking, and friendly personality
