The Company

The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our client's busy Customer Response Team. This is a 12-week temporary assignment with a guaranteed permanent position at the end for the right candidate.
- Handling a variety of inbound customer queries
- Answering calls, advising customers, and escalating queries when needed
- Logging details accurately into a bespoke database
- Supporting with occasional administrative tasks and product-related duties
- Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am - 7pm
- Saturday 9am - 5pm & Sunday 10am - 4pm (rota basis - only one day per weekend when working)
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or office-based)
- Strong attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills
- A great telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
- A positive, hardworking, and friendly personality
