Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working within the remortgage arm of the business providing support to clients throughout their transaction.
You will assist with a variety of queries providing clients with updates and supporting with documentation and details required for the file.
The role will be also corresponding with banks and other third parties you will be working in a busy environment to ensure a smooth seamless process.
Profile
Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality
Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
A keen eye for detail with good organisation
An excellent team player
