East Leeds

拢13 per hour

Temporary assignment with a view to perm for the right candidates

To support and provide the best customer care to all our patients, and medical professionals ensuring an efficient and convenient ordering process. You will mainly be dealing with incoming customer service.

Full training will be provided for the first 3 weeks聽

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with a wide range of enquiries regarding their accounts and orders
  • Taking ownership of customer issues to see it through and make sure it is resolved in a timely manner
  • Updating the customers records
  • Ensuring your call targets are met
  • Being compassionate and providing a great customer service
  • Calling new customers to welcome them to the service and get all the necessary information to allow a smooth process
  • Accurately administrating customer account details on to internal CRM聽

Numerate

路 IT literate (used It systems and is quick to learn)

路 Demonstrate drive, initiative and being proactive

路 Proven ability to work both as part of a bigger team and individually

路 Strong communication skills聽

路 Previous experience working within a fast paced customer services environment.
