Logical Personnel Solutions are one of the UK's leading labour providers to the nuclear and energy sectors. With offices throughout the UK, we have experienced real growth in the last 5 years, supporting some of the UKs largest construction projects including HS2, Hinkley Point C and Heathrow. 

We are looking to recruit a recruitment administrator/administrator to join our team in Leeds, previous experience working in the recruitment is preferred but not essential (full training will be given but experience within administration/payroll/recruitment is preffered)

You will be working Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:30, and Friday 8.00-16.00 working alongside an existing and established team, underneath the Divisional Manager.

The role:

  • Collecting timesheets for workers - email/calling 
  • Inputting hours onto our payroll system
  • liasing with the payroll team to ensure payroll is completed in a timeley fashion
  • Assisting the team with references and suitabilty checks for candidates
  • Administration and compliance  (references, RTW checks etc)
  • Putting workers through security clearances – training to be given
  • General data input/audits/updating records
