Description

As a Property Customer Service Advisor you will be supporting clients that are moving properties supporting with the legal requirements and ensuring a smooth process for third parties alongside banks to provide a quick and efficient journey.

You will be supporting with a range of queries over the telephone alongside email guiding through what documentation and details are required.

The role will be assisting the conveyancing team with all external queries relating to the cases and raising any complex issues to the technical team to resolve.

The role will be processing documentation and inputting personal details updating files accordingly.
