Our client is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to lead the development of their data and analytic capabilities, including implementing tracking, building custom dashboards, and delivering performance insights.

This hybrid role, based in Leeds, offers the opportunity to work across multiple teams and clients, using data to drive strategic decisions and measurable results!

Description

Key responsibilies:

  • Lead cross-functional data projects to uncover insights and optimisation opportunities.

  • Configure and manage GA4 properties for multiple clients.

  • Implement advanced tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager.

  • Build custom reporting dashboards using tools like Looker Studio and Power BI.

  • Analyse performance marketing and user journey data to inform decision-making.

  • Support attribution modelling, A/B testing, and campaign optimisation.

  • Ensure best practices in data governance, quality, and integration.

  • Contribute data insights to new business proposals and case studies.

Profile

A successful candidate for this role will be a data-driven professional with strong technical expertise in tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and BI platforms such as Looker Studio or Power BI.

They will have a deep understanding of data tracking, custom reporting, and performance analytics, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
