About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established door manufacturing company based in LS13, Leeds, specialising in high-quality timber doors for commercial clients. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Bench Hand Joiner to join their production team and help to maintain their reputation for precision and quality craftsmanship.

The Role:
As a Bench Hand Joiner, you’ll be responsible for the manufacture and assembly of timber doors and door sets. You’ll play a key part in producing products that meet our high standards of finish and durability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture and assemble bespoke timber doors and door sets

  • Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently

  • Carry out fitting, trimming, sanding, and finishing to a high standard

  • Maintain a tidy and organised workstation

  • Ensure all work meets company quality and safety requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Skilled in the safe use of woodworking machinery and hand tools
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team environment
