We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with specialist knowledge in drainage systems and water pump engineering to join a well-established engineering firm based in Leeds. This is a key leadership role offering long-term career growth and the chance to work on a range of commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Manager:

  • Oversee the design, specification, and implementation of drainage and pump systems

  • Provide technical leadership and support to engineering teams and clients

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

  • Carry out site inspections, troubleshooting, and performance analysis

  • Manage project documentation and reporting

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements of the Technical Manager:

  • Proven experience in drainage and water pump engineering

  • Strong technical knowledge of pump systems, control panels, and associated infrastructure

  • Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) in Mechanical, Civil, or related field

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Full UK driving licence
