Nursery Teaching Assistant

- Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm daily (Monday - Friday)
- Qualification required: Level 3 Qualification in Childcare / Early Years
We are currently working with a large Primary school in Leeds (LS9) who are looking for a Level 3 Early Years / Nursery Teaching Assistant who is available ASAP for a full-time position that could be for a 1 year contract as a minimum. There may also be the opportunity for a permanent contract for the right candidate.
The role of a Nursery Teaching Assistant will be to:
- Support pupils in both an indoor and outside classroom setting on a day to day basis
- Working with multiple pupils and supporting students with 1-2-1 support and interventions
- Supporting and managing the behaviour of the students
In order to be to shortlisted for this role candidates must:
- Be available full-time ASAP with no notice period
- Hold a Level 2 CACHE or NVQ qualification in Early Years / Childcare
- Have a valid DBS certificate that is on the update service
