We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at a well-respected special school in Leeds. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing support to students with diverse educational needs, helping them achieve their full potential.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily lessons tailored to individual student needs.
  • Support the lead teacher in implementing educational plans and behavioural strategies.
  • Work closely with students, providing one-on-one support and group assistance to enhance their learning and development.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Assist with the organisation of school events and activities, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Manage classroom resources and setup, ensuring a tidy and organised learning space.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in a special education setting.
