We are seeking a dynamic SEND Teaching Assistant for a full-time role at a specialist site in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working hands-on with children who have complex learning needs.

The Role Involves:

Supporting pupils with SEND in daily classroom routines
Assisting with personal care, mobility & behaviour management
Collaborating with teachers and therapists to meet EHCP goals

Promoting a calm, safe, and inclusive atmosphere

You Bring:

Proven experience in specialist SEND settings
Moving and handling skills (ideal, but not essential)
Confident, calm communicator
A proactive, team-oriented approach
Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
