An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic team at a vibrantschool in LS9. The successful candidate will be working within Key Stage 1 and will play a crucial role insupporting the teaching and learning activities in the classroom.

This role is to start in May on a full-time basis until December 2025.

Key Responsibilities:? Provide support to the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.? Assist with the planning and preparation of learning materials.? Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning objectives.? Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.? Contribute to the development of student's social and emotional well-being.? Assist with the assessment and tracking of student's progress.

Requirements:? Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.? Previous experience working in a similar role, particularly within KS1.? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.? Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.? A patient and adaptable approach to working in a school environment.
