Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of financial reporting metrics and KPIs
- Work closely with the Group CFO and a small finance function
- Create and present reports on Service Levels, Customer Satisfaction, Commercial Performance and Efficiency
- Identify opportunities for data-driven improvements to processes and procedures
- Drive stronger performance across Service Levels, Commercial Performance, Cost Reduction, and Business Efficiency
