You will need to:

be degree qualified in an electrical engineering subject with a building services focus
be working towards Chartership, or at least have it actively on your radar
have worked with UK electrical design standards for a minimum of four years.
This could have been in the UK, or as part of an overseas team supporting UK projects.
be keen to progress and grow, not just yourself, but contribute to the active development of the team.
