Key Responsibilities

Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations across a range of properties
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently
Provide excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders

Requirements

Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
Proven experience in domestic electrical work
Full UK driving licence
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
