Are you an experienced and qualified Electrician seeking a dynamic mobile role with a focus on high-quality commercial environments? We are looking for a dedicated Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join our team, supporting a key client's expanding portfolio of city-centre office spaces.
Location: Leeds (Base), covering Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, and occasionally Newcastle.
Salary: 37,000 - 38,000 per annum
The Role:
You will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of high-spec city centre office buildings. This will involve:
- Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults efficiently and effectively.
- Carrying out minor installations and upgrades as required.
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and compliance.
- Working collaboratively with the client and other service providers.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician in a commercial environment, ideally within office spaces.
- 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations.
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
- 2391 Inspection and Testing (Highly Desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence.
