Are you a Senior Engineer who's ready to rise to the occasion?
We're on the hunt for a driven, hands-on Senior Engineer to take the reins on 2-3 high-rise RC frame sites in Leeds.
The Role:
As the technical lead across multiple bustling city centre sites, you'll be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are not just met-but smashed. You'll work closely with Site Managers and Project Managers, making engineering decisions that matter and mentoring junior team members along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee engineering on 2-3 live RC frame sites
Manage all setting out, QA, and technical support across projects
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Problem-solve on site and drive progress against project timelines
Who We're Looking For:
A strong background in reinforced concrete (RC) frames
Experience on high-rise projects essential
Previous leadership or senior-level site engineering experience
CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications
A confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
