FP&A Analyst - Hybrid Working - 3 Days Onsite in Leeds£35,000 - £40,000

I’m currently working with a high-performing, financial services business in Leeds that’s looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their finance team.

This is a key role within the business, offering real variety and visibility. You’ll be supporting both the finance function and commercial teams, helping to drive smarter decision making through insightful analysis and forecasting.

  • Helping with month-end reporting, management accounts, and KPI tracking
  • Business partnering across cost and revenue teams
  • Supporting ongoing system and process improvements

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong financial modelling and analysis experience
  • Confident communicator with the ability to partner cross-functionally
  • Good grasp of accounting principles and forecasting techniques
  • Someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable juggling both detail and big-picture thinking
