What you'll be doing:
- Running the AP operations from end to end: people, payments, and process improvements.
- Supporting your team when the pressure's on and keeping the wheels turning smoothly.
- Managing supplier relationships with confidence and clarity.
- Monitoring performance, spotting bottlenecks, and resolving them quickly.
- Acting as a bridge between Finance and Operations - translating where needed.
- Moving us from reactive to proactive - no more constant firefighting.
What you'll bring:
- Solid experience managing Accounts Payable, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A sharp eye for process improvements and a track record of implementing them.
- Strong knowledge of VAT, CIS, and POs - and how they all play together.
