The successful candidate will manage a varied client portfolio, ranging from SMEs to large corporates, and take a lead role in audit and accounts engagements. This position is ideal for a motivated and experienced professional ready to step into a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities:

Leading and managing audit assignments from planning through to completion

Reviewing statutory accounts and tax computations

Managing a portfolio of clients across diverse sectors
-
Supporting, training, and mentoring junior team members
-
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
-
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures
Skills & Experience:
-
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
-
Minimum of six years’ experience within a UK Practice environment
-
Proven track record in leading audits and reviewing accounts
-
Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
-
Proactive, team-oriented, and client-focused
