Role Responsibilities

  • Managing audits end-to-end, from planning through to completion
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and building trusted relationships
  • Reviewing work completed by junior team members and providing clear, constructive feedback
  • Attending and contributing to internal team meetings and external client discussions
  • Assisting with audit tenders, new business proposals, and internal process improvements
  • Starting to build your own portfolio of clients and taking ownership of project delivery

Candidate Requirements
  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong audit experience in a practice setting
  • Sound knowledge of UK GAAP (IFRS experience is a plus)
  • Ability to manage and review audit files while developing team capability
  • Comfortable leading client meetings and representing the firm professionally
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage competing deadlines
  • A genuine team player who is proactive, solutions-focused, and people-oriented
