Role Responsibilities
- Managing audits end-to-end, from planning through to completion
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and building trusted relationships
- Reviewing work completed by junior team members and providing clear, constructive feedback
- Attending and contributing to internal team meetings and external client discussions
- Assisting with audit tenders, new business proposals, and internal process improvements
- Starting to build your own portfolio of clients and taking ownership of project delivery

Candidate Requirements- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong audit experience in a practice setting
- Sound knowledge of UK GAAP (IFRS experience is a plus)
- Ability to manage and review audit files while developing team capability
- Comfortable leading client meetings and representing the firm professionally
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage competing deadlines
- A genuine team player who is proactive, solutions-focused, and people-oriented
- £50,000 to £60,000 per annum
