Our client, a leading insolvency firm with multiple offices across the UK, is looking to appoint a Senior Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join their growing team in Leeds. This is a key role for someone who can confidently manage a caseload of corporate insolvency cases from appointment to closure.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases including CVLs, MVLs, and Administrations

Drafting reports, correspondence, and statutory paperwork

Liaising with directors, creditors, solicitors, and other stakeholders

Supporting junior team members and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Attending meetings and assisting with case strategy and progression
Requirements:

Proven experience managing corporate insolvency cases

Strong knowledge of insolvency legislation and procedures

Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills
-
CPI qualification desirable but not essential
