We are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to oversee finance operations and month end reporting, whilst managing a small team.

Description
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure financial compliance and regulations are met.
- Develop and manage financial systems/models.
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for senior company leadership.
- Support budgeting and business planning.
- Ensure the financial procedures that the company follows are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
- Assist in the financial strategy and decision-making processes of the company.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Proficiency in financial management software.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Mentoring and coaching experience
- Strong ethics, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
