A high-growth professional services firm based in Leeds centre is seeking a Finance Manager to join its expanding team. This is a client-facing role, ideal for an experienced finance professional with either industry or practice experience, who can combine technical expertise with commercial insight.This is a hybrid role based in a modern city centre office with 2 days WFH.You will oversee the delivery of accounting services to a portfolio of clients, from management accounts and statutory reporting to one-off finance projects. Acting as a trusted business partner, you’ll work closely with client teams to improve processes, deliver best-in-class finance functions, and provide commercial finance insights that add real value.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a team, ensuring delivery of accurate, timely client accounting work
Lead finance function services for new and existing clients
Oversee management accounts, statutory reporting, and project work
Deliver process reviews, system insights, and financial remediation projects
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing trusted, commercial advice
Identify opportunities for business development and enhanced client service

About You:

Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with practice or industry experience
Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and other local GAAPs
Proven track record managing client portfolios and leading teams
Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
Experienced in cloud accounting systems and finance technology solutions
