What you'll be doing as Financial Planning Manager:
  • Develop and manage 30-year business plans using BRIXX modelling software
  • Deliver precise forecasting and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making
  • Lead cashflow forecasting and treasury management to support liquidity strategy
  • Provide market analysis and sector-specific insights to navigate risks and capitalise on opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure financial planning aligns with long-term growth objectives
  • Maintain awareness of current accounting standards relevant to housing associations
  • Support the organisation's mission of providing affordable, sustainable and safe homes
What you'll need to offer: As an experienced financial planning professional you would bring:
  • A recognised professional accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CIPFA)
  • Expertise in BRIXX software, especially for long-term financial forecasting and modelling or similar software package
  • Advanced spreadsheet modelling skills and strong IT literacy
