Internal Audit Manager - Change & Transformation | Leeds | Up to £65,000 | Hybrid

HW Finance is delighted to be partnering a leading business who are recruiting for an Internal Audit Manager covering Change and Transformation. In the role you will providing Project and Programme Assurance where you will be defining and delivering effective audits over change risk.

Working in a team or 14, you will be one of the leading voices to provide assurance to the business as it enters a key phase of evolution. Covering projects across IT, regulatory as well as operational change, you will gain excellent exposure across the senior leadership team in the function as well as partnering with key stakeholders and external parties.

This is a brilliant opportunity to help shape the delivery of audits and look to develop an effective change strategy.

In the role you will:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of key risks and risk drivers across all transformation activities.
  • Ensure the Audit Universe accurately reflects business operations and that risk assessments are current.
  • Lead a portfolio of change audits, setting standards and ensuring timely delivery at each stage of the engagement lifecycle.
  • Hands on role - will run audits from start to finish. Engage and negotiate with stakeholders. Report writing.

Ideally you will have experience delivering assurance across projects / programmes though a key period of change for a business. Extremely advantageous if you are working in an internal Audit function currently but not a pre-requisite.
