Job Title: Virtual Finance ManagerLocation: Leeds City Centre Salary: £55,000 - £70,000
We're looking for a Virtual Finance Manager to join a National Accountancy Practice based in their Leeds office. You'll manage a portfolio of clients, delivering outsourced finance services including management accounts, statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial insights.
Responsibilities: You’ll lead finance transformation projects, ensure compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS, and support audit preparation. You'll also coach junior team members and play a key role in driving the team’s strategy and operations.
What We’re Looking For• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and financial controls• Experience in practice or industry• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Proficiency with cloud accounting systems
