Financial Adviser (with leads provided)

£50,000 - £80,000 OTE in year one depending upon experience

You may be an experienced Financial Adviser who is ready for a new opportunity, but you may be a newly qualified Adviser, ready to take your first role in the advice space. You may even be looking to make the move from mortgages or wills into investments and pensions advice. The crucial thing is that you are quality focused and will always put your clients’ need first.

You’ll be joining a thriving Financial Services firm in to a role which gives you access to existing clients, as well as new business leads, born out of a growing reputation in the market and increasing client referrals. You will simultaneously be building your own business development plan to increase your client base and to meet your earning potential.

The role:

  • You will be responsible for managing client enquiries and the advice process end-to-end
  • With the support of a wider administration team, you’ll be able to focus on the advice process and on the customer experience
  • You will be building and nourishing relationships with clients who really value quality service
  • Undertaking pro-active business development and advertising to generate your own leads and introducer agreements
  • You will be responsible for booking appointments, fact finding, research and recommendation and building outstanding client rapport to generate future business
  • Delivering outstanding levels of personal and professional integrity, updating knowledge of regulations, practices and financial products
  • Preparing sound financial plans to ensure clients meet their financial goals and conducting ongoing reviews
  • Generating new business by developing relationships and referral opportunities

This opportunity will suit a driven and pro-active Financial Adviser who is able to build lasting relationships based on trust. You must be self-motivated and confident to work independently but will be part of a strong team, with dedicated support provided by an award-winning network.
