Recruit Wealth are delighted to be representing our brand new client in Leeds, who are seeking to hire a competent and experienced Financial Planning Administrator.

Understanding the needs of the business, it’s clear they are needing an administrator who wants to add great value in the "day to day" of a busy IFA office and is energised to assist in the advice process.

You’ll be working closely with the existing Paraplanner/Administration Team covering all advice areas around pensions, investments, protection and private client advice.

Overview of the role is detailed below:

  • Preparing client review packs & valuations
  • Liaising with providers to obtain plan information as required for new clients and existing
  • Ensuring client management system is kept up to date by inputting client data into back-office system
  • Ensuring client files are up to date, complete and tidy
  • Sending letters of authority
  • Producing Annual Review Reports
  • Ensuring reports are dispatched to clients in a timely manner
  • Acquiring knowledge of procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance by adhering to company procedures
  • Gaining an understanding of and adhering to the ethos, culture, and purpose of the company
  • General Office duties, supporting the rest of the team
