We are seeking an individual with a degree in Food Technology (or a related discipline) and significant experience within a similar NPD role. Strong project management skills, experience of working with retailer NPD systems and excellent communication abilities are essential.
Key responsibilities will include leading new product development projects, managing critical timelines, collaborating closely with chefs and development teams to create commercially viable and exciting products, and ensuring a seamless transition through each stage of the development process. The Senior NPD Technologist will also be responsible for accurate recipe management, benchmarking activities, supporting customer presentations and working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches.
