Leeds area (Fully Office Based)
Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 + 2.5% Annual Bonus
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM

The Role:
We are looking for a highly organised Import Merchandiser to join a dynamic and growing team within the retail industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, logistics, and supply chain operations while being part of a fun, creative, and fast-moving company.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Liaising with UK and overseas suppliers and placing and tracking orders with UK and international factories.
  • Monitoring stock levels across warehouses and optimising transfers to ensure availability of key lines.
  • Coordinating stock shipments from the Far East to warehouses in the UK
  • Maintaining and updating the critical path for new product ranges and ensuring key dates and deadlines are updated
  • Creating and managing shipping documentation, including carton marking requirements.
  • Managing product information on internal systems and ensuring accuracy of data
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills - you should be confident in manipulating and interpreting data.
  • Experience of Power BI would be an advantage
  • A logical and methodical approach to work, with excellent organisational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities
