Overview

Responsibilities
As a Level 1 Air Tightness Tester, you will:
- Conduct air tightness tests on domestic dwellings.
- Review architectural designs to identify and improve air leakage issues.
- Provide consultancy to reduce risks and enhance energy efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommend remedial actions.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to meet regulatory targets.
Qualifications
To thrive as a Level 1 Air Tightness Tester, you'll need:
- Level 1 Air Tightness Tester certification.
- Knowledge of Part L of the Building Regulations 2021.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- A valid UK driving licence (travel required across Newcastle/nearby areas).
