We are working with a leading consultancy who, due to growth within the business, are seeking to recruit additional Bid Assistants for this expanding team. Working in this fully office-based role, the Bid Assistants will be joining an established and supportive team to work alongside their expanding client base to ensure all data requests for information are managed and processed. Dealing with a variety of documentation, the successful applicants will be required to investigate a variety of documents from contracts to policies to extract critical information. As a Bid Assistant, the successful applicants will be involved in a variety of challenges from;

  • Managing client requests
  • Reviewing client requirements and ensuring all documents are submitted accurately
  • Extracting key information to resolve issues
  • Responding to all queries via email and letter
  • Ad hoc duties to support the team

This is a challenging role and would be ideal for an applicant from a legal, document review or cyber security background, you will be joining a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and processes are paramount. The successful applicants must have.

  • 12-18 months experience within a document controller/ paralegal/ analytical setting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in all MS Office packages
