Introduction:

Our client, a successful tech company based in Leeds, is recruiting for a driven Customer Success Manager to join their team as a 12-month maternity cover. Specialising in cyber security, service solutions and data infrastructure, this client works with businesses on a national basis to support them in their tech needs.

Although initially starting as a maternity cover, there is a high possibility it will be extended to a permanent role due to company growth.

Duties and responsibilities:

As Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding and support throughout their journey. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the long-term success of the business.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Arranging and attending monthly meetings to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Following up on any customer issues, coordinating internally to reach resolution.
  • Manage Customer Renewals, negotiating and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Providing quote and invoices for customers, vendors and distributors.
  • Administrative responsibilities: onboarding and offboarding on HubSpot.

Skills and Attributes of a Customer Success Manager:

  • Essential: Previous experience in Customer Success, account management or similar roles
  • Strong communication and relationship building
  • A customer-centric mindset.
  • Motivation and problem-solving skills.
