Early Years Educator - Level 2 or 3 (Full-Time, Permanent) - Headingley
Salary: Up to 12.50 per hour
Shift pattern: 4 or 5 days per week

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our vibrant, supportive team at our busy and welcoming private day nursery in Headingley. This is a permanent, full-time position, working across a 4 or 5-day shift pattern - offering the flexibility to suit your lifestyle while giving you the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic early years environment.



What we're looking for:

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)

  • A warm, caring, and bubbly personality who brings energy and joy into the nursery every day

  • Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced, busy nursery setting

  • A team player with strong communication skills

  • A genuine passion for early childhood development and supporting children to reach their full potential



Your role will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework

  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Supporting children's learning, development, and emotional well-being

  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment

  • Keeping accurate observations and learning journals
