Level 3 Early Years Practitioner - Nursery in Horsforth£13.75 per hour

About UsWe are a small, friendly nursery in Horsforth, dedicated to providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5. Our nursery is divided into three rooms: Baby, Toddlers, and Preschool. Each room is led by a Room Leader and supported by an Assistant Supervisor, ensuring a well-structured, supportive environment. We are passionate about continuous professional development, offering free qualifications and training opportunities to support your career growth.

The RoleWe are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team. You will work alongside a Room Leader and Assistant Supervisor to deliver excellent care and education in line with the EYFS. You'll help create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop. As part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting children's individual needs and ensuring their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS

  • Ensure the safety, well-being, and development of the children in your care

  • Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and engaging environment

  • Support children through transitions between rooms and activities

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

  • Experience in an Early Years setting

  • A passion for supporting children's development and learning

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
