About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified Early Years Educator (Level 3 or equivalent) to join our warm, friendly team. You'll help create an engaging, safe environment where children thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver fun, stimulating activities linked to the EYFS

  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and caring atmosphere

  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff

  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress

  • Work collaboratively in a team that values creativity and care

About You:
  • Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent qualification)

  • A genuine passion for working with young children

  • Understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding best practices

  • Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
