My client is a specialists facades and cladding sub-contractor that due to a number of large projects wins they are looking for a Facades Site Manager.
The Facades Site manager they are looking for will ideally have worked similar specialist subcontractor. As Facades Manager you will have previously worked ideally with Corten cladding as well as Schuco curtain walling. As a Facades Site manager, you will be responsible to manage site teams of trades of labour on large fast-moving projects. Ensuring all site activity specifically for the Facades and cladding is running programme and planning. Overseeing the installation and organising of the subcontract package.
With a proven track record of successful delivery, projects finishing to time and to budget. You will have experience of managing subcontract packages.
To be considered you must hold the following:
A valid CSCS Card
A valid SMSTS Card
The position will be managing multiple projects in both Leeds and Manchester so you will be able to travel between sites accordingly.
