Staffing Network is seeking HGV Class 1 Drivers for immediate vacancies in Wakefield, focusing on chilled and frozen deliveries.
The role requires a full valid Class 1 (LGV C+E) licence held for at least 2 years and no more than 6 penalty points on the licence.
Drivers can expect pay rates of £17.00 to £21.00 per hour depending on the day and shift, with opportunities for weekend work.
Shifts are available both day and night, averaging 10 to 14 hours, with start times varying between 02:00 and 22:00.
This position offers immediate starts, and there are also temp-to-perm roles available, along with access to discounts through The Staffing Network Rewards app.

Staffing network are recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers due to client requests, we have immediate vacancies for HGV 1 ( LGV C+E ) Drivers in Wakefield.

Chilled and frozen deliveries and collections. Mainly RDC deliveries and collections. 24/7 operation.

Day and night shifts available, working on average 10 - 14 hours a shift. Start times are varied between 02.00 and 07.00 on days, 19.00 - 22.00 on nights. Weekends available every weekend due to nature of work.

There is some tramping available on a 5/6 weekly prebook.

PAY RATES - PAYE ONLY

Mon - Fri day or night £17.00 , £19.00 inc holiday pay

Saturday £18.00 / £20 inc hol, Sun £19.00 / £21 inc hol

Start Times:to suit your availability within a four hour window daily

Requirements:

Full Valid Class 1 ( LGV C+E ) Licence held for not less than 2 years
No More than 6 penalty Points on licence (SP only, we do not accept CD, CU, TT, DR, IN)
Drivers needed with immediate availability
Tacho and CPC are a must (must be in date)
Safety Boots and Hi Vis

This is a genuine role with immediate starts. There are also a number of temp to perm roles are available.
