Fully Office based role in Leeds city centre

Our client, a superb Law firm in Leeds, is looking to recruit a Legal PA to support a team of Fee Earners with a wide range of organisational and administrative tasks across all legal disciplines. This is a great opportunity for you if you have high levels of attention to detail, are highly organised and enjoy being busy with a varied workload. We are looking for someone with similar experience gained within a PA, Secretarial or Administration led role, providing support to a team. This role is fully office based in Leeds city centre.

What will you be involved with:

  • Opening and closing new client case files on their central management system
  • Formatting documents, putting into the correct template, ensuring all documents are accurate and within guidelines
  • Effective inbox management
  • Dealing with monthly client invoicing, preparing specific client fees and working to deadlines on this
  • Preparing bundles for court, again focusing on the detail of this work
  • Diary management - organising meetings, booking hotels and organising any travel as required
  • Preparing Powerpoint documents for the Fee Earning team
  • Organising any training and seminars
  • Any other general administrative support as required

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally you will have experienced gained within Law within a PA, Secretarial or team based support role
  • We will consider a non-legal background if you have the skills and experience outlined above within another corporate business
  • Excellent attention to detail is essential
  • Able to prioritise your work and deal with more urgent matters quickly
  • Strong IT skills with good knowledge of MS Office
  • You will be assertive and confident, a true team player and will take pride in the work that you do
