You will work closely with a Partner, specialising in medical law with a focus on cases involving children with brain injuries at birth and adults with spinal cord injuries.

Job Title - Medical Negligence Solicitor - 1year plus PQE

Location - Leeds - Hybrid working available

Salary - Competitive DOE

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload while assisting senior team members with intricate, high-value cases
  • Handle cases from inception to resolution, using your commercial and analytical skills to identify key issues and propose practical solutions
  • Aim to secure interim payments to facilitate rehabilitation, care packages, and suitable accommodation before claims are concluded
