Job Role & Key Responsibilities:

As an Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimising our production facilities to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output. You will work closely with production teams to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve equipment performance while upholding safety and quality standards.

  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational procedures, and quality standards.

  • Conduct equipment inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records.

  • Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.

  • Provide technical support and training to production personnel as required.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency optimisation.



The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as an Engineering Technician or in a similar manufacturing role.

  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with industrial equipment.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

  • Proficiency with relevant software and computer applications.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

  • Level 3 NVQ in Engineering, HNC/HND, or City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Engineering.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' relevant experience; apprenticeship-trained preferred.



Desirable Skills:

  • Industry-relevant certifications.

  • Valid forklift operator license.
