Job Role & Key Responsibilities:

As an Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimising our production facilities to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output. You will work closely with production teams to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve equipment performance while upholding safety and quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational procedures, and quality standards.
Conduct equipment inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
Provide technical support and training to production personnel as required.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency optimisation.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience as an Engineering Technician or in a similar manufacturing role.
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with industrial equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Proficiency with relevant software and computer applications.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Level 3 NVQ in Engineering, HNC/HND, or City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Engineering.
Minimum of 2-3 years' relevant experience; apprenticeship-trained preferred.

Desirable Skills:

Industry-relevant certifications.
Valid forklift operator license.
