My client a well established law firm based in central Leeds, currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Claimant Personal Injury Solicitor to join their team. They are looking for a confident self-starter who are not afraid to hit the ground running. The successful applicant will be an NQ to 2 years PQE Solicitor.

As a solicitor in their PI team, you will be responsible for managing and proactively progressing your own portfolio of claims, whilst keeping relevant parties updated. You will run the cases

from initial instruction stage through to settlement and will review and reply to all correspondence and emails from the client and all parties in the claim.

You will be responsible for ensuring clients are provided with a high level of service and correct legal advice in accordance with our policies and procedures and you will work to achieve personal and department wide targets, whilst adhering to our service level agreements.

You’ll take ownership of your own caseload of pre- and post-litigated EL/PL and RTA files, managing claims from inception to settlement. With a strong focus on quality client care and efficient case progression, you’ll play an important role within a highly experienced team.
