We are working with a large, independent nursery (not part of a chain) in Leeds that prides itself on a warm, community feel and a strong emphasis on outdoor learning and play. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a setting that values creativity, independence, and a child-led approach.

We are seeking an experienced Room Leader to join the team on a permanent, full-time contract directly with the nursery.

Key details:

• Lead your own room with the option to move into multiple rooms depending on your preference

• Work closely with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality early years education

• Support children's development through play, exploration, and outdoor learning

• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

• 2+ years' experience as a Room Leader in an early years setting

• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Passion for outdoor learning and child development

• Permanent, full-time contract directly with the nursery
