As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition from offer tocompletion and ensuring all documentation is finalised and compliant.

- Proven experience working in a sales team for a new build housing developer
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent documentation control
- Keen eye for detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and website enquiries from potential buyers.
- Liaise with solicitors to ensure paperwork is issued on time, such as contracts and enquiries.
- Ensure everyone has up-to-date sales information.
- Update price lists, brochures, and property schedules.
- Maintain CRM systems
- Book appointments and viewings for Sales Advisors.
