This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Conveyancer to join a well-established, licensed practice based in the heart of Leeds city centre. You will manage a caseload of freehold, leasehold and new build transactions.
Daily Duties
- Title checking and dealing with enquiries/property reports on a purchase
- Dealing with enquiries on a sale
- Handling new build transactions, shared ownership and deeds of variation
- Mentoring junior members of the team
- Liaising with clients to agree exchange and completion dates
- Carrying out AML & SOF checks.
Required Skills
- Previous Residential Conveyancing experience is essential
- Experience of dealing with newbuild and complex transactions is essential
- Experience of working in a high-volume environment is desirable.
