As Head of Geography, you will oversee the planning and delivery of the curriculum at Key Stages 3 and 4, support the ongoing development of a committed team, and contribute to raising standards and aspirations across the department.

About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Geography
- Experience teaching Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Previous departmental or pastoral leadership experience is desirable, though experienced teachers with clear leadership potential are encouraged to apply
- Proven ability to secure strong student outcomes
- A passion for Geography and an enthusiasm for inspiring young people
- A collaborative and reflective practitioner with a commitment to school improvement
