There is a focus on staff wellbeing with dedicated support in place for ECTs.Teacher of Maths - responsibilities:* Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment* Assess, track and report on student progress* Participate in department planning, meetings and wider school activities* Uphold the school's high expectations for behaviour and learningTeacher of Maths - requirements:* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or on track to achieve by September* A 2:1 or above in an undergraduate Maths related degree* Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3/KS4)* Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills* A commitment to raising standards and inspiring studentsTeacher of Maths - benefits:* Permanent role with competitive salary (MPS/UPS).
