Randstad Education are helping an OFSTED 'good' school in Leeds appoint a Year 2 Teacher on a full-time basis. The role is to start in May 2025 until July. It has the potential to become permanent for the right Teacher.

Responsabilities ? Provide the best educational opportunities to pupils? Promote an inclusive learning environment for all pupils, ensuring that every individual can access learning? Promote an appropriately high expectation of pupils through positive praise? Develop your own teaching practice through CPD? Assess, record and monitor each pupil's progress in line with the National Framework profile and to report to parents? Set clear targets which build on prior attainment? Work effectively with the Teaching Assistant? Manage pupils behaviour, following the schools behavioural policy? Assess and monitor pupils work? Support the schools extracurricular activities? Take responsibility of own professional development
